Every Wednesday there is a open-air market, which attracts visitors from neighboring towns.

Visit the costal villages of Porthmadog ,   Criccieth, Abersoch Aberdaron and Llandbedrog , discover the warm sheltered sandy bays of Llandbedrog,   Porthdor (whistling sands),   Nefyn and Morfa Nefyn, Portdinllaen.   Dinas Dinlle.  

 

Take a pleasure flight or flying lesson from Caernarfon Airport or just visit the café or Aviation Museum and watch the various aircraft for a fascinating days outing.

Hafan Pwllheli Marina is one of the finest yachting venues in Britain with easy access to sailing waters of Tremadog bay attracting internationally renowned events Celtic race week and the One Ton cup,

Anglers can enjoy sea fishing off the coast or fly fishing on local rivers.   In 1908 a 7ft 6ins turtle weighing over half a tone was caught in the harbor.   

  Cruise the beautiful coves, cliffs and islands of the LLeyn Peninsula aboard the luxury motor cruiser   “Shearwater”.  Departing from Pwllheli Marina.  “

Shearwater ” Visits seal and seabird colonies and is regularly joined by playful Dolphins.

The holiday home is a small one bedroom inner terraced cottage situated 100 yards from the main High Street   shops cafes, pubs, restaurants and cinema .    Convenient for buses , railway station and 10 minutes walk to a fine sandy beach.  

 

 

 

A large free car park almost adjacent to the cottage.  Five minute walk to the new Asda store.

The cottage is fully modernized with full central heating by gas combi boiler,

double glazed windows.

The lounge diner has exposed wooden beams the modern gas fire is recessed in a natural stone wall with inglenook housing a colour television, dvd, VCR, Hi Fi, and Free to view digital decoder.The natural stone wall is highlighted with the halogen ceiling spot lamps.

All the woodwork is finished in antique pine.   A large craftsman made pine bench seat under the window provides comfortable seating with lots of storage space.

A folding bed is stored under the stairs if needed for that extra guest.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge and microwave oven.  From the kitchen a door leads to a private walled back yard with table and chairs.     The building outside has a washing machine and freezer cabinet.

 

 

 

The bedroom has a double bed and built in antique pine wardrobe .   Colour TV.   The shower room has a shower cabinet with instant electric hot water.

A floor to ceiling pine cabinet with built in linen cupboard gives ample storage.

 

 

From the landing a steep ladder leads to an upstairs attic unsuitable for the very young old or infirm. Young children should be supervised at all times.For those agile seeking a new experience the loft gives a dramatic sense of adventure with two single beds with pillows and duvets.   Velux window, halogen spot lamps and a large central heated radiator.

A multimedia XP computer available for those with I.T skills.    TV with DVD and Freeview .
